Send photos, get a fixed price

Four things: which instrument it is (make, model, or at least the type), both addresses, the floor at each address and whether there is a lift, and your preferred date. That is enough for us to calculate. With photos, the guide figure becomes a binding fixed price.

Five are almost always enough: the instrument from the front and from the side, the flat door with its frame, the stairwell photographed from above down the shaft, and the street in front of the building. For grands, add the lyre and the legs. Feel free to hold a tape measure or a sheet of A4 in the shot — that helps us more than any description.

Within a few hours, and on working days usually within the hour. If it is urgent, call — by phone you get the guide figure immediately and the written quote follows.

Only when it is really necessary — concert grands, very tight stairwells, or when a crane is on the table. In every other case your photos replace the survey. That saves you an appointment, and you still get the fixed price.

Just say so. Home and office removals, furniture transport and heavy transport run through the same company, simply via the main site flexitrans.at. If a piano is travelling on the same day anyway, we plan it all in one go.
