Our transports are covered by an active transport insurance policy with Wiener Städtische Versicherung AG. Cover applies within Austria and, to the extent agreed, to cross-border transports. We are happy to confirm the sum insured and the arrangements for particularly valuable instruments in writing before you place an order.

We are neither obliged nor generally willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board — please talk to us directly first; we almost always find a solution.
